The Attorney you choose will make a difference.

Alanna McCoy is originally from Wisconsin and has lived in Miami since 2011. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with degrees in international studies, French, and global cultures. After graduation, Alanna lived in Paris, France teaching English for the French Ministry of Education and studying international law and commerce at the University of Paris-Sorbonne.

Alanna attended law school at the University of Miami School of Law, which she specifically chose due to her interest in immigration law and the large immigrant population of Miami. While at the University of Miami, she focused on immigration law throughout her three years there.

She received the Center for Ethics and Public Service Fellowship and interned at Americans for Immigrant Justice, participated as a student attorney in the Immigration Clinic, where she received the highest grade in the class, and worked as a law clerk at several prominent Miami immigration firms throughout law school.
